He has expanded Special Occasions Wholesale Inc. internationally with large retailers and specialty stores worldwide. He continues to pleasantly surprise the market with the finest quality, newest designs, and professionalism.

Return Policy

Our Policy:Here at By Special Occasions, we strive and pride our company on customer support and product satisfaction. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to please contact us immediately.

Return Time Frame: Any item(s) can be exchanged and or returned within 7-days of receiving your product(s). Any and all merchandise must be returned in its new and original condition,all tags attached and must be unworn. Once you receive your merchandise you have 48 hours to look over the garment(s) for any manufacturing defects. Merchandise may be exchanged for size, color or new style within the 7-days.

Restocking Fee: Any and all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee due to manufacturer costs and labor, certain exceptions may apply.

Return Shipping: When mailing back any merchandise we suggest that you purchase tracking and insurance for your package, as we cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. Customer will be responsible for a flat return shipping fee ($5.95) in order to send merchandise back to the warehouse, any difference in selling price plus shipping and handling charges will be applied. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Return Process: Please allow 30 days for the processing of all returned items. If you have not received a refund within 30 days, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any price adjustments on previous purchases.
